Return Process

  Log into your NIDA account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include your printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
